What are you carrying that no longer needs to be carried alone?
A quiet reflection on resilience, heaviness and the courage to let someone else into the room.
Sometimes we become so accustomed to carrying something that we mistake endurance for wellness. We keep functioning, keep showing up, keep saying “I’m fine” because we have become very good at holding things together.
There is a difference between being strong and being alone with everything. Support does not erase your resilience. Sometimes it gives your resilience somewhere safe to rest.
You do not have to turn this into an answer today. Simply notice: what feels heavy, what have you normalised, and what might change if you did not have to carry it entirely by yourself?
This reflection is educational and is not a substitute for professional therapy or crisis support.
